Ben Langdon, Year 11 Ferguson has been selected to participate in the 2023 five-day CSIRO Virtual Work Experience Program which will focus on Designing a High-Performance Computer.
Brenn Armstrong, Year 9 Stuart finished 12th overall in the Under 17 class at the World Sailing Championships Open Skiffs in Italy. He was winning overall at points during the regatta and had some wonderful experiences up and down throughout the racing for his first worlds.
Will Jenkinson, Year 10 Ross was selected to represent the WA State Team at the 2023 Australian Cross Country Championships that took place in Canberra, ACT in August.
Angus (Gus) Flower, Year 9 Brisbane has been selected to represent WA in the Under 15 Volleyball Championships in Victoria later this term.
The following students have been selected to represent Western Australia at the National Water Polo Championships in Sydney in September:
Mack Williams, Year 12 Anderson and Sebastian Houston, Year 12 Cameron – Under 17 Gold team, Thomas (Tommy) Clements, Year 10 Cameron and William (Will) Howie, Year 11 Ross – Under 17 Black team and Jake Taboni, Year 10 Brisbane – Under 15 Gold team. Sebastian Houston has also been named Captain of the WA State Team.
Oberoi (Obi) Rogers, Year 9 Ferguson won the State Final of the Famelab Science Communication Competition at Curtin University.
