Week 7, Summer Term 2020
Farewell Mrs Whetters
It is with a heavy heart that we say farewell to Mrs Kim Whetters, who is retiring from her position as House Mother in the Year 6/7/8 House, next week.
Kim has been exceptional in her care for the boys over the 5 years she has been at the College and we thank her for her tireless work.
We wish Kim all the best for her next adventure and hope to see her pop in for a chat and catchup.
Coronavirus
The following link is to the World Health Organisation, which provides up to the minute information about the pandemic and offers advice to assist in dealing with COVID 19. Scotch College has been sending updates by email to parents/guardians to ensure you are informed of any decisions. Please read the emails and if you have any queries, feel free to email us at ResidentialLife.Admin@scotch.wa.edu.au and we will try to assist where we can.

Guardianship
Please print out or forward the attached 2020 Guardianship Form to your choice of guardian for your son/s. It is a requirement of boarding that each boy provides the details of a guardian. This is different to a host, as they act as proxy or locus parentis if the College requires it. At present, International students have guardians as a requirement of their admission. A guardian must be aged over 25 and under 65 years old and reside in Perth. This form must be filled out and signed by the Guardian for your son/s. Once signed, it needs to be returned to ResidentialLife.Admin@scotch.wa.edu.au as quickly as possible.
Flu Vaccinations
Flu vaccinations for Boarders will be carried out in the Health Centre on Tuesday 31st March from 7:00am to 9:00am. There will be no charge for the vaccination and we encourage every boy to have the vaccine, especially with the heightened chance of contracting the corona virus.
Please fill out the consent form which can be found under the Forms section, and email to the Health Centre.
Tutor Roster
Matt Bradley has provided the Tutor Roster for the remainder of term. It is attached below for your information.
