Training Students as Heart Coaches
Scotch College students are being trained to be “heart coaches” for their mothers to reduce their risk of a heart attack in the first agreement between the Heart Foundation and a school. Students will be drilled about risk factors for Australia’s single biggest killer — heart disease.

Women’s Hearts Breakfast
On the 6 June 2018, a select group of boys attended the Women’s Hearts Breakfast at Crown Perth, Burswood.
The Heart Foundation is dedicated to fighting the single biggest killer of Australians – heart disease. For over 50 years, they’ve led the battle to save lives and improve the heart health of all Australians. Their sights are set on a world where people don’t suffer or die prematurely because of heart disease.
Firsts Red Socks Round
On Saturday 11 August 2018, Scotch College held a Heart Foundation round where our Firsts teams wore red socks to promote awareness of Cardiovascular disease.
